LEARNING IMPACT ANALYST

This L&D Skillnet programme is co-funded by the Government of Ireland and the European Union.

The purpose of this programme is to accelerate the knowledge & skills of anyone responsible for the design and delivery of learning and development programmes.

Learners will be able to :

Understand the value that their learning solution is designed to deliver.
Define Outcomes in measurable terms.
Align that value with existing internal metrics.
Gather additional data as required.
Clarify internal expectations of what is required and align programme expectations as required.
Gather appropriate data once programme has concluded.
Link data gathered to the learning solutions and
Tell the story of the impact.

As well as providing participants with the latest data and research on the topics , our programme design also allows for an Action Learning Project to be completed , thereby accelerating the knowledge and skill of participants.
