About the Course

Delivered online in two half-day sessions, after completion of the course you will be able to explain the systematic training cycle, apply the core competencies of the training administrator's role, use a systematic process for planning, administering and promoting training, review how to track training costs and monitor budgets and evaluate training and produce relevant data.

The programme content has been broken down into four integrated modules and is delivered in a highly participative, practical and engaging manner.

The structure is as follows:

Module 1 - Learning and Development as an integral part of the business
Module 2 – Planning and Administering Training
Module 3 – Tracking training cost and budget responsibility
Module 4 – A day in the life of a Training Administrator

A range of learning methods and approaches will be used to promote the practical application of theoretical concepts covered.
