This programme is the only one of its kind in Ireland, designed in partnership between DCU Business School and the Learning & Development Institute of Ireland (LDI). It provides a unique opportunity to gain a Level 9 Master's qualification while developing essential business and leadership skills tailored to the Learning & Development profession.
This is a programme that recognises the strategic importance of learning and development and aims to develop participants knowledge and skills to engage at strategic organisational level using a evidence based data driven approach.
It is also an applied programme requiring participants to bring real world experiences and problems to the classroom, into applied projects and taking that learning back to the workplace.
