About the Course

The L&DI Certificate in Training Delivery and Evaluation is delivered virtually by experience tutors in a highly participative, practical and engaging manner. Students will review theoretical concepts surrounding the systematic approach to training and apply these in practical situations.

Skills demonstration
Deadline for final submissions are typically three weeks after completion of the programme.
On completion of this course you will receive a QQI Level 6 – Training Delivery and Evaluation Component Award 6N3326 (15 ECTS Credits). To receive the full QQI Level 6 Award, complete Module 1 Training Needs Analysis & Design, which leads to the L&DI Professional Practice Certificate in Training & Development, QQI Level 6 Training and Development Special Purpose Award – 6S3372 (30 ECTS Credits).
Who is the Course for?
New to working in an L&D department? Or new to training? Working as a Trainer in your organisation? Need to gain a recognised L&D qualification? This programme provides participants with the necessary knowledge, skills and confidence to undertake training delivery and to evaluate relevant training activities.
Course Requirements
Applicants for the Professional Practice Certificate must:
- Applicants must be basically competent and comfortable participating in a virtual environment e.g. Zoom.
- Be at least 18 years of age by January 1st of the year of application;
- It is recommended that participants hold a Leaving Certificate/FETAC level 5 qualification or equivalent. If you have an underlying foundational working knowledge/experience/interest in L&D and/or training, this will be accepted.
All applicants whose first language is not English must have attained B2+ or the equivalent TOEFL score
Applicants must have access to a computer, stable WiFi, camera, speakers and microphone.
