LEARNING IMPACT ANALYST
This L&D Skillnet programme is co-funded by the Government of Ireland and the European Union.
The purpose of this programme is to accelerate the knowledge & skills of anyone responsible for the design and delivery of learning and development programmes.
Learners will be able to :
- Understand the value that their learning solution is designed to deliver.
- Define Outcomes in measurable terms.
- Align that value with existing internal metrics.
- Gather additional data as required.
- Clarify internal expectations of what is required and align programme expectations as required.
- Gather appropriate data once programme has concluded.
- Link data gathered to the learning solutions and
- Tell the story of the impact.
As well as providing participants with the latest data and research on the topics , our programme design also allows for an Action Learning Project to be completed , thereby accelerating the knowledge and skill of participants.

Notice of less than 10 working days: 100% of course fee.
