The purpose of this programme is to accelerate the knowledge and skills of those involved in the design and delivery of programmes.
Learners will be able to:

Understand the value that their learning solution is designed to deliver.

Define Outcomes in measurable terms.

Align that value with existing internal metrics.

Gather additional internal data as required.

Clarify internal expectations of what is required and align programme design to these requirements.

Gather appropriate data once programme has concluded.

Link data gathered to the learning solution and

Tell the story of impact.
As well as providing participants the latest data and research on the topics , our programme design also allows for Action Learning Project to be completed , thereby accelerating the knowledge and skill of participants.

Notice of less than 10 working days: 100% of course fee.
