What level of Membership will I qualify for?

Once you have submitted your application, we’ll review your submission and award the appropriate level of membership to you.

I missed an event. Can I view it later?

Yes. The majority of our events are recorded and are available on our website for members to view at any time in the future.

What qualifications will I achieve upon completing an L&DI Programme?

Graduates from L&DI's programmes receive a range of qualifications, either from QQI, UCC or L&DI.

 

All graduates from L&DI programmes receive a CPD Certificate of Completion from the L&DI.

 

Successful graduates from the L&DI Professional Practice Certificate in Training & Development will be awarded a QQI Level 6 Special Purpose Award in Training & Development (6S3372) (30 ECTS).

 

Successful graduates from the L&DI Certificate in Training Needs Analysis & Design will be awarded a QQI Level 6 Component Award in Training Needs Identification and Design (6N3325) worth 15 Credits.

 

L&DI Trainers Skills Certificate - QQI (FETAC) Level 6 Component Award in Training Delivery & Evaluation (6N3326) Graduates from the L&DI/UCC Diploma in Learning & Development Practice, which contains 8 modules successful students will be awarded a UCC Diploma 60 credits (QQI Level 7) award.

Who qualifies for Skillnet funding?

All Trainers' Learning Skillnet (TLS) Network members qualify for part-funding on specific, industry-focused training courses, organised by the Network. Funding is available when the balance of the programme fees are either paid directly by the organisation or paid by the individual and later reimbursed by the company.

Private sector companies, including sole traders and commercial semi-state companies, can apply for membership to TLS. You do not need to be a member of L&DI to avail of funding from TLS.
