David Storrs from HPC mentioned to me recently that we had worked together for 20 years this year. We both agreed that it was well worth marking the longevity of this partnership, so he and his colleague Kevin Hannigan delivered a workshop for my team. It prompted me to think about what made this partnership, and partnerships in general, work so effectively over a long period of time.Partnering with vendors can offer many benefits for organisations and L&D professionals like access to specialised expertise, quick benchmarking and the ability to brainstorm a challenge with someone who understands your organisational context but can remain objective.However, it is rare to have a partnership work so effectively for such a long period of time.
